1. Refund conditions
The eligibility criteria for a refund are: a billing error; a substantial technical inability to use the service that remains unresolved; a material failure to deliver what was offered; an applicable legal obligation; and other exceptional cases assessed individually.
2. Renewals
A renewal does not, by itself, result in an automatic refund. It is assessed using the same eligibility criteria above, and applicable mandatory rights are always respected.
3. Situations without an automatic right to a refund
Changing your mind, not using the service, not finding a profitable product, not making a profit or forgetting to cancel do not, by themselves, create an automatic right to a refund. This does not limit applicable mandatory rights.
4. Time limits
No universal commercial deadline is set for requesting a refund. Mandatory time limits under applicable law are respected. Other exceptional cases are assessed individually.
5. Requests and contact
For refund enquiries and requests, email supportdetectedcommerce@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference. Do not send your password or full card details.
6. Mandatory rights and Paddle
This policy does not limit applicable mandatory rights or any refunds or conditions that apply through Paddle.
7. Effective date
This policy takes effect upon publication.
