These terms govern use of the DETECTED COMMERCE website and the DETECTED RADAR application, operated by REAL CONSTRUK PRO S.A.. Users must have capacity to enter into contracts and use the service in accordance with applicable law.
2. Service
DETECTED RADAR organises information about demand, profit, competition, trends and capital to evaluate selling opportunities on Amazon. The monthly plan has a final price of USD 19 and the annual plan a final price of USD 190. Both plans include a 7-day free trial. At the end of the 7-day free trial, the selected plan will be charged automatically unless the user has cancelled beforehand. The subscription will renew automatically each month or each year, depending on the selected plan, until cancelled. Before confirming a subscription, review the period, charges, and renewal and cancellation conditions shown during purchase. Refunds are addressed in the Refund Policy linked on this website.
3. Permitted use
Use the service for lawful purposes. Do not access another person's account without authorisation, attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Respect third-party rights and the conditions applicable to information you provide.
4. Accounts
The public website is informational; accounts are managed in the application. Email is personal profile data and the password is a private authentication credential. Keep your email up to date and protect your password. Report any suspected unauthorised access to supportdetectedcommerce@gmail.com; do not send your password to support.
5. Intellectual property
Access to the service does not transfer ownership of its software, content or brand elements. Use must respect the rights of the operator and third-party owners. Third-party trademarks and references belong to their respective owners.
6. Availability
